1 Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "kc222" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" refers to the kc222 online casino and sports betting service accessible at kc222.bio and all associated subdomains and applications.
• "You" / "Player" / "Account Holder" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the kc222 platform or who accesses the platform's publicly available pages.

2 Account Registration

• You have not previously had a kc222 account closed for Terms & Conditions violations.

2.2 Registration Process

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your National ID), date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to update this information promptly if any details change.

kc222 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active kc222 account at any time. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kc222 will close all accounts belonging to the same individual and may withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. You must notify kc222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. kc222 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

kc222 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification policy. No Player may make a deposit, place a wager, or request a withdrawal until their identity has been verified to the satisfaction of kc222's compliance team.

3.1 Documents Required

The standard KYC documents required for a kc222 account in Bangladesh are:

• Proof of Identity: A clear colour copy of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) showing your full name, photograph, date of birth, and NID number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued document confirming your residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last three months.

3.2 Enhanced Verification

For withdrawals above ৳50,000 within a 30-day period, kc222 may request enhanced due-diligence documentation including a source-of-funds declaration. kc222 is not obligated to process withdrawals until all requested documentation has been received and approved.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

kc222 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. kc222 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits are credited to the player's account within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• kc222 does not charge fees on deposits. Any charges levied by the payment network are absorbed by kc222.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within 15 minutes for fully KYC-verified accounts under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless the Player has requested and received approval for an alternative method from the compliance team.
• kc222 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

4.4 Refused Transactions

kc222 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any transaction that is associated with suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other prohibited activity. Funds associated with a refused transaction will be returned to the originating payment account after any mandatory investigation period.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by kc222 are subject to these general conditions as well as any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless the offer terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements have been met in full.
• kc222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to it being claimed.
• Players who are suspected of exploiting bonuses in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational gambling activity may have their bonus eligibility suspended.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific offer terms, a standard wagering requirement of 25x the bonus amount applies to all deposit-match bonuses. Wagering requirements must be completed within 30 days of the bonus being credited. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement within the validity period will be forfeited.

5.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game types contribute equally to wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are: slots — 100%; live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) — 10%; sports betting — 100% of settled single bets at odds of 1.80 or greater. kc222 may update contribution rates at any time; the current rates are always published on the Promotions page.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Casino Games

All casino games available on the kc222 platform are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and JDB. Each game is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. kc222 does not modify the rules, RTP, or outcome mechanics of any game provided by its suppliers.

6.2 Sports Betting

Sports betting markets — including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, and other disciplines — are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body at the conclusion of the event. kc222 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or affected by circumstances beyond its control.

6.3 Errors and Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect odds display, erroneous payout, or game outcome inconsistent with the certified RTP, kc222 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to Players' accounts. kc222 is not liable for any losses arising from a Player's attempt to exploit a known or suspected technical error.

6.4 Maximum Payout Limits

kc222 applies a maximum single-event payout cap of ৳500,000 and a maximum weekly payout cap of ৳2,000,000 per player across all game types and sports betting markets combined. Any winnings in excess of these limits are subject to review and may be paid in instalments at kc222's discretion.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc222 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate.

• Registering an account using false, incomplete, or stolen identity information.
• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously.
• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime or funds obtained through fraud.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any mechanical or electronic device to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live casino table games.
• Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-accounting, chip dumping, or any strategy that kc222 determines constitutes bonus abuse.
• Placing wagers on behalf of a third party or operating a betting agency using a kc222 account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing kc222 staff members via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the kc222 platform.

8 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps at any time via their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.

• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary suspension of betting activity for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days, which cannot be reversed once activated.

9 Intellectual Property

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kc222 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the platform without the prior written consent of kc222.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the kc222 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

kc222's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

kc222 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from errors or viruses, or that any defects will be corrected. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

11 Privacy & Data

kc222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating a kc222 account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

kc222 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Payment credentials are never stored in plain text on kc222's systems.

12 Amendments & Termination

12.1 Amendments

kc222 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes that are required by law or that do not materially affect players' rights may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

12.2 Account Termination by Player

You may close your kc222 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to your verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.3 Account Termination by kc222

kc222 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) kc222 is required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory authority; (c) kc222 reasonably suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) you have not logged into your account for a continuous period of 24 months.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the kc222 platform. By accepting these Terms, you agree that any dispute relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies specified by kc222 in its dispute resolution procedure.

kc222 makes no representation that the platform or its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any particular jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your access to and use of kc222 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
